Shipping policy

At PULS, we work hard to ensure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you'll find details about our shipping timelines, methods, and policies. 

Order Processing

All orders placed M-F before 2:00PM CT are processed same-day. All orders placed after 2:00PM CT on Friday's, weekends, & holidays are processed the next business day prior to 2:00PM CT. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $50. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard Ground Shipping is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays. 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping - but we're working on it! Stay tuned as we expand. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking 

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update. 

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at ben@pulsup.co with your order number and any details. We'll do our best to make it right. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
