We want you to love your energy—and your experience with PULS. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

Refunds

Because our gummies are considered consumable goods, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re unsatisfied for any reason, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll offer a full or partial refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the issue.

Email us at ben@pulsup.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

We typically respond within 1 business day.

Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)

If you change your mind and haven’t opened your gummies, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

To begin a return, email ben@pulsup.co with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Items purchased outside of pulsup.co

  • Orders past the 30-day return window
